Instructions for Oral Presentation
Authors whose contribution is accepted as ORAL Presentation are kindly asked to stick to the following guidelines which helps them prepare their presentations according to the conference requirements.
1- Online Oral Presentation
Time: Your presentation should be 10 minutes with a 5-minute Q&A period.
Template: You may use the UFGNSM2021 template for your presentation (can be found here).
Presentation Slides: Presentations in .pptx format should be submitted at least four days before the scheduled presentation time to the conference organizing team (check the conference program for your speech time).
Online Presentation: The conference will be held in VIRTUAL MODE through an online platform, EVENT.ut.ac.ir. Please read the Guide for Participants --> Online Event Platform, and in case you face any issues, get in touch with conference technical team through the conference Email (we will call you at our earliest convenience).
2- 10-minutes pre-recorded video presentation
Presenters of oral contributions are requested to prepare a pre-recorded video presentation. This video will be played during the event in case you find any problem in accessing the online system. Please note that the default for presentations is to deliver your speech online. This video is just a replacement in case of any inconvenience.
*To prepare the pre-recorded video presentation you can easily make use of the options available within PowerPoint (see instructions here) or through screen recording of your computer.
Time: 10 minutes
Quality: 480p
Video Size: 50-100 MB
Format: Landscape format, 16:9 aspect ratio
File name: You should save and upload your presentation as "OP-UFGNSMxxxx.MP4" where xxxx is your Manuscript ID (e.g.: UFGNSM1000.pptx).
Submit: This recording video should be submitted through UFGNSM2021 panel, email (ufgnsm2021@gmail.com) or Dropbox.
Please do transfer your file by 2nd of November, 2021.

1- With submitting their abstract, all authors of the manuscript show their consent about publishing their works (conference program, conference website, etc.)
